Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a flexible cancellation and refund policy. Please review the terms below:

1. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made 7 Days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in on your scheduled date and do not cancel in advance, you will be charged for full stay.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under non-refundable rates or promotional offers are subject to full charge upon cancellation, regardless of timing.

 

2. Refund Process

 

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of cancellation approval.

  • Refunds for No-Show or Late Cancellation: A refund is not available for late cancellations or no-shows, except in special circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency). Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

 

 

3. Modifications and Changes

 

  • Date Changes: You can modify your booking dates up to 24 hours before check-in at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Room Type Changes: Upgrades or downgrades in room type will be subject to availability and may incur a price difference.

 

 

4. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events happen. In the case of severe weather conditions, flight cancellations, or medical emergencies, we may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

 

5. Group Bookings

For group bookings (more than 5 rooms), a different cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to your group contract or contact us for more information.

 

6. Early Departures

If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights unless the early departure is due to exceptional circumstances.

 

7. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed travel restrictions, your booking may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
